1º_ 'Toli' is a chiefdom in the Eastern Province (Sierra Leone). 2º_ It is said of someone foolish, misplaced, who embarrasses others. Surely an affectionate form of the Galician tolo or its diminutive toliño ("crazy, obfuscated"). 3º_ Labrador, who drives a plow. [I don't know the origin, and I don't know if it can be a cause or consequence of the previous one. See palette ("palero"), Nazi ("Natzi"). ] 4º_ 'Toli' is a male name, and I guess it comes directly from the "field worker".
Zambu is a city in Bauchi State, Nigeria. 2º_ It is a common name (rather, an apocope) for the zambumba plant (Cucurbita ficifolia). 3º_ In addition to cleaning companies it is also the name of cafes, liquor stores, fantasy characters, . . . that I will not describe because they are either espam or lack relevance.
1º_ It is commonly called 'eel' to the fish of the family Anguillidae, or of the family Gymnotidae as the 'electric eel'. 2º_ In naval engineering, the wood that holds the frame during the construction of the ship and before its launch is called 'eel'. 3º_ 'Anguilla' is the name of an island in the homonymous archipelago that is located in the Caribbean.
Even if it was well written, it would not reach the locution and therefore is not consulted in a dictionary. Otherwise, the meaning would be obvious (well, as it seems in 'every third day', it would not be so obvious). See each (indefinite adjective), third ("apocope of third"), day ("24-hour period").
