This vulgarized version of "miserable", very common in some regions of Spain, has a slightly debatable /s/ interspersed. Because one supposes that it has already been replaced by that /j/, although it may appear when the tongue is arranged to pronounce the next /r/. In any case, this pronunciation is usually transcribed as an example and especially qualifies a "bad person, who is unpleasant".
