In Costa Rica FACHENTO meaning cheerful, happy, satisfied, but also means that denotes it, especially by the expression of his face and his attitude. I think that at least in my country ( Costa Rica ) the word FACHENTO is derived from FACIA ( 41 Italian face;. There is also the term FACHENTERA, which is joy, happiness, and until such time occasionally, arrogance.
