DRY JEWS. THE ALUBIAS are called DRY JUDIAS. Legume in a cornered manner. In Chile they are called beans, to differentiate them from green beans (or peas, beans). . Pooon beans are a typical dish of peasant cuisine in south-central Chile; are beans cooked with mazamorra or alternatively pilco, onion, shoe, tomato and garlic. It is usually accompanied by Chilean salad (tomatoes and onions cut with yarn) and pebre.
