"Red Book", is the name given to a handwritten book that was used to keep the record of children given up for adoption by the ICBF in Armero (Tolima) in Colombia, on the occasion of the tragedy resulting from the eruption of the Nevado del Ruiz volcano, on Wednesday, November 13, 1985. This book remains at the headquarters of the ICBF in the city of Ibagué (Tolima).
