The dictionary says nothing of the word chilapo. But some say that chilapo is for a joke between Chocoanos, Antioquia and Cordobans. We in Cordoba are called blacks "blackboards", because before the school boards, the blackboards, were black. The paisas were called "güata" because the one who does not steal, kills.
