The Crown and the candles of advent is an array of leaves of pine, acorns and 4 candles of pagan origin which is usually in the center of the table placed 4 weeks before Christmas. The tradition is to light a candle each week during advent, which is the season that the Catholic Church and its faithful is preparing to welcome and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
