I don't think there is that Word. Words with anchor termination generally express a generic condition or an abstract idea. Example: fragrance, loitering, surveillance, etc. Aclarancia does not comply with this rule it is not a valid Word. If you are looking for a Word to define the action of clarifying or clarified, either a written or oral explanation that clarifies something that is, then the right thing would be clarification.
