The kakigori is a Japanese dessert made from shaved ice topped with syrup or syrup flavors as strawberry, lemon, grape, etc. It is sweetened with condensed milk sometimes added on the ice which is similar to a snow cone. Some cafés serve it with ice cream and sweet bean paste.
