Own set of Andalusia, Murcia, Extremadura and Castilla la Mancha part half-way between the salad and gazpacho, made with chunks of tomato, cucumber, green pepper, onion, hard, optionally nice egg or sardines in oil and olives black. It is seasoned with a clove of crushed garlic, a bit of wet bread, some cumin, salt and a splash of olive oil. This dish has many variations depending on the zone and taking cold well into summer.
