neoriberal is incorrectly written, and should be written as "neoliberal" being its meaning: Adjective of neoliberalism. Neo-liberalism is a political and economic power that currently has many variations, although all conservative and that it is rooted in the liberalism of the century XVIII and XIX whose basic motto in economy was " laissez-faire ": " let make " in the belief that capitalism internal forces they would generate a balance, that time proved false.
