Francisco Royano Fernandez 40, Madrid, 1973 ) It was a Spanish anarcho-syndicalist leader.From 1941 to 1944 was general Secretary of the Regional Committee of the CNT based in Seville, and the 1944-1945 was part of the National Committee of the CNT presided over by Manuel Barcia Amil and Sigfrido Catalá Tineo.
