Mamon: A word of Aramaic origin, commonly used in the time of Jesus the Christ that time later popularized in the Greek language which means God of money or wealth. In the book of Matthew 6: 24 says: none can serve two masters, because you hate one and love the other, or abide to the one and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and Mammon.
