CHAPARRITA in Chile: A kind of empanada made with a Viennese or a tutro de oollo, wrapped in a sheet of cheese, and in turn wrapped in a baked dough, like an empanada, but narrow and elongated in shape. You can add ham, tomato and oregano resulting almost in a Neapolitan empanada.
