Name of a locality of the Republic of the Congo in Central Africa and also a District in the Department of Bouenza, of that same country. Name of an ethmia and the language they speak, located in the highlands of Cameroon (Northwest Province) and Nigeria (Taraba State). According to tradition they descend from the Tikar people. They are also called Kaka village, Kakayamba, Mbubem, Yaka or Yambe. The language is part of the Bantu linguistic complex. It is one of the languages called grasslands.
