GALACTOCELE cystic dilation of a breast duct during lactation. It is considered the most common breast lesion found during this stage, although it occurs most frequently when milk is retained by stopping breastfeeding and begins to accumulate in the breast. It is treated with an ultrasound-guided needle puncture to drain the accumulated fatty material.
