Fear of citrus fruits, or perhaps the sour effect that their acids produce when eating them, perhaps only the memory of having tasted a citrus fruit. I'm not sure it's a real phobia. It is formed by the Latin citrus, i ("citron, lemon") and the suffix -phobia.
