REEMEEGENCE seems ridiculous to create a term that means a repeated state of emergency. It seems more reasonable to think of a PRE-EMERGENCY apheresis, in Chile: one of the three states of environmental pollution that are declared to reduce the emission of gases through, among other things, the vehicular restriction.
