QUEBRACHO CHILENO senna candolleana shrub common of the central area of Chile, endemic, spherical cup and dense foliage. It is also called caper because of the resemblance of its floral buttons to the CAPPARIS SPINOSA, a Mediterranean edible widely used to season congrio, corvina and other fish.
