In Colombia is each of the agencies that municipal or departmental administration is divided. The title or position of its representatives is Secretary or Secretary. At the national level, in Colombia the Administration is divided into ministries, however in several countries such as Mexico, the national administration is divided into secretariats and not in ministries.
