In the understanding that you want to know the difference when writing with or without tilde, the answer is simple. Use tea when you write about the infusion. And no tilde on any other occasion.

care raja
  34

As with many colloquial terms, care raja is used in various circumstances. (a) It may refer to a person's shameless attitude, blaming ostentation of faults and vices. It follows that we can use care raja with known and close persons who have let us down or aggrieved, but especially with people in a position of power whom we will gladly rate in this way even if we are not directly aggrieved. (b ) O may refer to the physical or moody aspect (which certainly influences the physical appearance) of a person. It is often associated with who presents itself without makeup, and therefore its face is clearly paler than usual, implying that it is widely used among women. However, I have been told that I walk with a slit when I have slept little or nothing and i show up for work, or when I continue to work more than 24 hours in a row (so anyone has care raja). You can replace raja by pot, buttock and ass, having the same meaning, very related to the pale color that has the skin in a little or nothing exposed to the sun, at least in much of my country. I want to emphasize that it is unusual to point out that someone is ugly or ungrateful, possibly because in general we are ungrateful compared to representatives of other communities, being occupied other expressions for that purpose, since the paleness of the face is a temporary thing. It follows that we can use care raja with known and close person. Important to note that care raja is the abbreviated way of saying slit face, being logical to see it written as car'e raja , face 'e raja and face of slit
