1. m. plant of the family of the Cariofiláceas of three decimetres of tall, with nudosos slender stems, leaves are long, narrow, pointed and gríseo color; many flowers terminals, with cylindrical calyx and five petals posted red colour and pleasant smell. It is grown for the beauty of their flowers, which are double and acquire many different colors.
1. m. Cuba. The leaves are broader than the common, but smaller flowers.
