huachimania, guachimania (guachi, huachi-mania): It is an Ecuadorianism that means watching, observing, being attentive. The term is also used in many parts of Colombia. Work of the warden or watchdog ( guachiman ). It is used even wachimania.; The word guachiman is a distortion of English. It comes from the words watch man, the man who cares, I understand that this word was used during the construction of the railway. Guachimania would be the caretaker's home
