Viper.

(Of thelat.)(vipera).

1. f. venomous snake of about 50 cm long and less than 3 thick. It is ovoviviparous, with the head covered in much of small scales similar to those of the rest of the body, and has two hollow teeth where is poured, when it bites, poison in the upper jaw. They are usually adorned a Brown belt wavy along the body. It is common in montuosos countries of Europe and North Africa.
