It is one of the names of a star in the constellation Canes Venatici. It is also called by astronomers HAT-P-36. In Celtic and Irish folklore Tuiren was a bitch who had two puppies (Bran and Sceólan). Transformed into a fairy (human), she became a woman aunt of Bran, a character in the Stories "Irish Fairy Tales" or "Irish Fairy Tales" by James Stephens. It is a star of very low magnitude and can only be seen with telescopes. It is more than 1000 light years from Earth.
