It could be defined as the quality of widespread importance, which covers more than one sector in particular matter or issue of a general nature for this reason its extension; so that is also that it is the quality of influence in decision-making in other sectors with respect to a specific issue without losing the general character of the same and calls to be cross-sectoral are guiding local specialists in the particular field and that they also have the quality of being the last instance in the same. An example would be the case of a country that in economic matters the governing body is the Ministry of economy, influencing with regard to other entities of the same State, as they may be sectoral entities that address intertamente your income and expenses, but must do so within the general framework laid down by the said Ministry.
