It's not Spanish, it's clearly Nahuatl. It seems to me to be a "storm cloud", and would be formed by tlilli ("black, spotted") mixtli ("stone, cloud, compact mass" ). If it really exists, it should be seen in nahuatlhuichol/tlilmixtli .
