1. m. seeders of the family of the Anacardiáceas, from 3 to 6 m tall, with trunk shrub and hairless, alternate leaves, composed of oval, entire, and glossy leaflets, flowers in lateral clusters and fruit small drupes, first red and later almost black. It is common in Spain. Wood, hard compact, exude drops of very fragrant white turpentine by bark, and often raise guts of three to four centimeters long.
