PLEDGE-real contract, accessory by virtue of which the debtor or a third party to deliver ( real or legally ) the creditor one piece of furniture, disposal, determined to ensure the fulfilment of a primary obligation, giving ( also ) a real right of pursuit, sale and preference in the payment in the case of non-compliance; the obligation to restore the thing received, once compliance with that obligation.
