POLITICAL-PARTISAN Line of thought and action that tends to make the citizenry ascribe to political parties that represent and lead supporters in Parliament and other public offices appointed or popularly elected. The party system is proper to democracy, with partisan democracy being the least imperfect formula that humanity has discovered to administer public affairs. Its great enemy is bribery and corruption, always threatening and present. The problem is that the transparency, control and punitive laws are generated by Parliament, that is, the same ones that will be regulated, controlled and eventually sanctioned.
