They take the form of a snakehead, are fried and served with chiltomate and cabbage marinated in vinegar and salt. . 2 : Corn dough soursive ness placed on corn leaves. It is stuffed with ibes, pumpkin nuggets and ground dried chilli. It is wrapped and steamed.
