Petan is the name of one of the nine bridges over the Danube River in Budapest (Hungary). Obviously it is not Spanish, he arrived here by a typing error in petonero (which, by the way, neither 'petón' nor 'petonero' are used in Argentina in the sense of who practices a fellatio).
