Extracts or natural alkaloids that are found in the plant poppy, poppy, dormidera or poppy ( Papaver somniferum ) , of the family Papaveraceae. One of the papaverinas best known is opium. They are also known as Opiaceas. They are in the exudates from SAP especially in the fruit capsules.
