Plural of Riche. It is a kind of palm very common in the plains of Colombia and that forms the riches. It is also known as Canangucha, Canangucho, Palma riche (Colombia and Venezuela), Agua (Peru), mority or Burití (Brazil) Moree (Ecuador). Its scientific name is Mauritia flexuosa and belongs to the Arecaceae family.
