The evil character is told of a narrative story, whether in video games, comics, movies, books, etc. this is almost always the antagonist of the story, the difference to a common villain or a supervillain, is that the megavillain manages to fulfill the objective he set out to do, although he should not always be the antagonist of the story, in some, the protagonist is the megavillain who fulfilled what he wanted to do.
