In Colombia, was the name of a former Hacienda of Bogotá. Nowadays, with the same name it is a center of agricultural research and belongs to the National University. The name of an Italian town in the foothills. It is also a surname of Italian origin, which exists in several South American countries. It is the name of several towns in the United States (Illinois, Iowa, Alabama, Wisconsin, Indiana). Manuel Marengo was a Peruvian footballer who played in central defence.
