Said of herbs, bushes or shrubs angiospermos dicotiledóneos, leaves alternate, rarely opposite, simple, entire and narrow, regular flowers pentamerous whorl consisting and dry, capsular, fruit of four to five divisions and eight to ten cells with other many seeds; e.g. the linen.
