Endowment is the action and effect of investment, which means to give someone a dignity or office. In Spain, the parliamentary investiture is the Act whereby the Parliament recognizes and accepts a new Prime Minister. It is an act whereby the chosen person takes possession of cargo and acquires the character of invested.
