Huevon is a slang word for a guy whos' a real jerk- comparable to a "dick head". Huevudo is an adjective for a guy with big low hanging balls "Huevudote" is another form of the word to describe used to describe big testicles. Latin slang often refers to the testicles as globes or eggs (huevos) rather than balls (cohones), and the different forms and usgaes of the words vary by country.
