Manuel Antonio Noriega Moreno, better known as the strongman of Panama, was a Panamanian military, former Commander of the armed force of that Central American country; He was arrested in Panama City by the F.B.I. and the army of the United States of America and led to the latter country on suspicion of having links with groups on the fringes of the law.
