It is one of the common names that receives the striped iguana. It is a very common type of iguana in the Caribbean, Central America and Colombia. Its scientific name is Ctenosaura simili and belongs to the family Iguanidae . It is also called garrobo, spiny iguana or spiny-tailed iguana.
