Previously it only meant Fuarzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia, which is a Colombian guerrilla group. Now also means Common Revolutionary Alternative Force, name of the political party founded by former FARC combatants, after the peace agreements signed with the government. By the duality of concepts and image, the political party is thinking of changing its name.
