A facilitator is the person who helps a group understand the common objectives and helps create a plan to achieve them without taking sides, using tools that allow the group to achieve consensus in pre-existing disagreements or arising in the course of the same. There are many types of facilitators, depending on the context in which the activities of the groups are developed.
