Peruvian political movement framed as an ethnonationalism, as it promotes "cholo socialism" and a revaluation of the laws in force during the Tahuantinsuyo, based on Inca supremacy. It has strong peasant support and above all castrense; the name itself recalls General and Former President Andrés Avelino Cáceres Dorregaray, hero of the Pacific War.
