He says animal marine metazoans of radiated pentagonal symmetry, with a dermatoesqueleto which consists of calcareous granules scattered in the thickness of the skin, or more frequently, of calcareous plates overlapping, and sometimes with thorns; e.g., the Cnidaria and sea stars. In the dermatoesqueleto there are many small holes that leave appendices tubuliformes erection which sometimes end in vacuum and are arranged in the radio series. U t. c. s.
