I guess that you mean intestinal virus or viruses inside. Virus meant poison and whole inside of the intestine (enterobacteria are bacteria of the intestine, as the E.) Coli, and imagine that they have the same etymology. There are no synonyms, but yes four types of enterovirus (in Wikipedia you can find them).
