Muscle elasticity is the ability of the muscles relax and recover its long initial after a contraction; This process depends primarily on the initial length of the muscle fibers, since the bigger the length of them, wider will be the movement of contraction and relaxation allowing greater muscular elasticity which is a property that does not improve with effort exercises but through the stretching of the muscle fibers in the warmups indirectly increasing the force and power.
