The word demigrante was made up by the largest Spanish Internet forums ForoCoches. It's a wordplay: it's almost like "denigrante" which means degrading, but with an M, it also sounds like "de migrante" which would mean "pertaining to a migrant", or "migrant-worthy". Migrants are usually poor, so in practice, the word demigrante means bottom grade or abhorrent.
