Good afternoon my name is showers currently I am studying Linguistics and by my analysis, I disagree about the word international, according to rae it is relative to the two countries but national inter should mean between the nation and or between Nations in the case of international bi-national word if it is a superlative of two Nations thus Bi is 2 and national relative to the nation
