Not to be confused with brosa brushwood. The brosa is ground of calcareous origin whose characteristic are the low plasticity ( plastic index under ) and it is also characterized by cohesion. It is very good for roads by the degree of compaction which reaches and their resistance after the rains. Also is used to generate the screeds of asphalt or rigid pavements by their low capacity of swelling and shrinkage.
